With our increased project workload, we are looking for a dedicated fit-out Project Manager to join our growing team and support us with projects across the UK.
Based in Altrincham, you will be vital in supporting our Contracts Director and work alongside our project team. We’re looking for someone who has had previous experience in the healthcare and fit-out industries.

What you will be doing:
- Manage all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for projects including planning, design, fit-out, and handover
- Prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, cost estimate & budget, cash flow, work plan schedule & milestones, quality control, and risk identification.
- Lead multiple projects across the UK to deliver flexible, compliant solutions to the NHS
- Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, approved timelines.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are followed and are compliant to healthcare standards, assisting other Project Managers when required

Essential Requirements
- At least 5 years fit-out project management experience preferably in the healthcare sector
- Based in the North West area to reliably commute to our Altrincham office
- Able to travel and undertake projects throughout the UK
- Up to date CSCS card accreditation
- Valid UK driving license
- IT literate
