Our process starts with careful planning – we work with contractors to calculate the right heating and cooling needs for your end-users’ space, considering room sizes, insulation, equipment, and more. Depending on the location, we can install a simple split system for smaller spaces or more complex setups like VRV/VRF air-handling units for larger buildings. We also offer central air conditioning units with ducted outlets or chilled water systems for bigger facilities.

System Consultation

We begin by picking the best AC units, whether ceiling or wall-mounted, ducted systems, or special models for server rooms. Plus, we make sure everything meets current refrigerant safety standards, choosing between R410a and R32 systems based on any necessary regulations.

Installation

Our F-Gas Certified engineers handle all refrigerant work safely, and our ductwork meets top-quality specifications. We also offer flexible scheduling – including after-hours work – to avoid disrupting day-to-day activities. Once we’re done, we leave the space clean and ready to go.

Commissioning & Handover

Once installed, we make sure your client’s AC system is running perfectly. We carry out tests, provide documentation, and make sure everything’s legally compliant. We’ll even walk your team through using the system, navigating controls and sharing tips on smooth and efficient operation.

Maintenance & Servicing

We keep air conditioning systems running efficiently with our customised maintenance plans, which help reduce energy costs, prevent issues, and extend its lifespan. Regular servicing may also qualify for extended manufacturer warranties. We comply with all legal refrigerant check requirements, with annual inspections for smaller split systems and more frequent checks for larger units like chillers. Additionally, we conduct mandatory energy efficiency inspections every five years for units over 12kW.
